Take a look what what Florida Realtors did at the Realtor’s Rally at Great American Realtor Days in Tallahassee!
This was one day I would not have missed! Over 2000 Realtors gather each year on the Capitol steps, in the halls of the House and Senate,meeting with Legislators and members of Congress to lobby for the rights of homeowners, and State, local and even National laws affecting home-owners, sellers and buyers in the State of Florida and across the Country.
This year, an extra special surprise happened during the celebration. I am honored to have been a part of this event! Take a look!
WOW! Florida Realtors gave a home to a disabled Veteran – his first home, and after serving in Afghanistan, losing his best friend, and surviving brain injuries from an explosion, the Veteran gets a gift of gratitude from our Association. I’m so proud to have been there, to be a part of this deserving soldier’s big day. I can only hope that as he settles his family in his new home in Pt. St. Lucie, that he feels surrounded by the love that we felt on this day.
