I offer you buyers ONE piece of advice.. and if you never listen to another Realtor… this you must hear,.. “Listen to your Realtor.” There are enough local lenders that will give you better service, more competitive rates and who charge less fees than 9 out of 10 internet and corporate moguls.
What people are grateful for.. the simple things.
I am sure home-ownership means different things to different people, but I am lucky enough to hear the happiness over and over.
So much to be grateful for on this Memorial Day 2009. We remember those who have passed, we honor those who serve in our military today.
