The Winter Festival Parade and Display of Lights Ceremony is Saturday, December 7th, 2013. Beginning with the Jingle Bell Run, music, street vendors and food trucks and stations. Here’s the schedule of events.
Each year, the time presses us into a frenzy, the demands of balancing work and all the things that need to be done to shop for others.
