The charts below show that 56% of all detached single family homes sold in Leon County in 2013 were located in the northeast quadrant. Additionally, they show that 70 percent of the homes sold in Leon County were under $250,000! What’s HOT? Homes priced under $250,000 in the northeast quadrant of Leon County.
